The Munster valley in North-Eastern France is home to the Schoenheitz vineyard. On the steep hillsides grow the 30-year-old vines for this gewürztraminer. Expressive with rose petals and spice on the nose, it bursts with a hint of sweetness on the palate with tropical fruit. Well-balanced and concentrated, it has great aromatic complexity and good persistence. Try it with Thai or Indian dishes or with fruit-based desserts.
