Domaine de la Vougeraie might be one of Burgundy’s youngest wine producers (its first vintage was 1999), but it’s already made a name for itself: this Le Clos Blanc de Vougeot premier cru, specifically, is the most-awarded wine in the region. Take a sip and you’ll see exactly why. Grown organically and biodynamically from a vineyard that dates back to 1110, it’s a deep-gold tipple with an opulent body, a crisp finish, and notes of pear, citrus and white flowers.
