The Clementine spiced rum is made by Manchester-based distiller Diablesse. It’s made from Demerara rum from the legendary Diamond Distillery in Guyana, which was made using locally-produced sugar cane molasses and traditional pot and column distillation. In other words, many hundreds of years of tradition, plus clementines and a spice mix of vanilla, ginger, cinnamon and clove.
