Bunnahabain is the most northerly distillery on Islay and is an un-peated malt, established in 1881. They use their own natural spring water that has run clear for over one hundred years. The 12yo is heavily influenced by Bourbon casks, which gives it a ripe raisined and candied fruit note with a nutty edge.
