In the 16th century, during construction activity, an impressive vaulted stone tunnel was carved into a mountain in Israel. In the 19th century the cave was used to store wines and brand today it is home to the boutique winery The Cave. This kosher certified red wine is made from low yielding wines giving it a really intense, concentrated flavour of cassis, perfumed hedgerow fruits and a subtle toasted cedar aroma. Kosher certified.
