That was back in 1952, when it first created its now-iconic down jackets for workers to wear on top of their overalls, protecting them from the region’s bitterly cold climes. This Bauges jacket nods to those utilitarian roots with its shortened parka silhouette and functional features like the secure pockets at its front.
