At Dog Point vineyard, the expertise of two wine-loving couples is combined to great effect. Ivan and Margaret Sutherland and James and Wendy Healy boast experience in Marlborough’s most prestigious wineries; now, that deep well of knowledge is utilised at their own estate, where some of New Zealand’s finest wine is produced. Aged in French oak barrels, this bright and balanced 2017 vintage pinot noir is floral and herby on the nose with a succulent spiced red berry palate.
