When friends come together, great things can happen. Well, buddies Javi Revert and Victor Marqués of Delmoro present this La Comarcal wine. An expressive blend of grenache, syrah and bobal grapes from terroir-specific vineyards, the brilliant ruby red is alive with herbs and spices on the nose that builds into more Mediterranean forest herbs like thyme and rosemary on the palate. It’s not all aromatic though – there’s some fruity floral hints in there too, along with the balsamic finish.
