Drawing on 35 years of experience, duo Alex Krause and John Locke are channelling what they know into their Santa Cruz vineyard in California (the largest wine state in the USA). It’s the birthplace of bottles like this Vin Gris rosé; a blend of cinsaut, grenache and mourvedre grapes are allowed to ferment in their own natural yeasts for a naturaly delicate flavour. Expect notes of citrus zest, wild strawberries and dried, crushed herbs.
