When Morgan Twain-Peterson dreamt up Bedrock in 2007, the founder began his operation in a converted chicken coop in a friend’s backyard. Since then, the label’s popularity has soared, and the owner has relocated to a slightly larger HQ in California. Focusing on old vines, the winery sources grapes from its own vineyard and other neighbouring estates. For the zinfandel blend, the grapes are sourced from the now-signature Pagani Ranch.
