A collaboration between sommelier Rajat Parr, vineyard collector Charles Banks and winemaker Sashi Moorman, the Sandhi plot (Sanskrit for “alliance’’) is found nestled in the Californian hills. One of the bottles from the estate is this pinot noir. Housed in French oak barrels for 12 months, the spiced blend is infused with notes of rose petals, blueberries and cherries before closing on the sweetness of raspberry jam.
