Viron is done being polite. The brand is revolutionising the footwear market (and perhaps even the fashion industry at large) with its plant-based sustainable range of shoes, each 100% vegan and PETA-certified and using everything from food waste to old army tents. Take the 1992 lace-up boots, inspired by classic combat boots, made with apple leather crafted from wasted apples, sitting atop an on-trend chunky recycled rubber sole, all of which is printed on the side of the shoe.
