In July 2020, the 12 inaugural members of our Diversity Board were elected by 1600 of their fellow Selfridges team members with the aim of shaping a more inclusive, diverse and equitable business here at Selfridges – a place where different perspectives are celebrated, curiosity pushes us forward and creativity helps us to reinvent retail for our customers, our communities and ourselves.

Each month, the board meets to drive the conversation around diversity forward, and to set out specific aims and goals for the business. The board sends business-wide updates after its meetings to keep up a constant dialogue with the wider Selfridges community, and at the end of each year will publish a diversity report to show how we are progressing and how much further we have to go.
